Some tips for this kind of food, often very tasty, but not so good for the organism.Image


1.- Use natural oil, not mix. Example: olive, sunflower, corn.

2.- Fry the food when oil is too hot. When you fry a scalope, you should use abundant oil, not little. If you fry the scalope in little oil, it will have more greasy content.

3.-Chips are 40% greasy because they are fried in a big surface.  The bigger surface, the greater absorption.

4.- Dry the food before frying it. For example, if you like crunchy French fries with only 8-9 % of greasy content you need to dry them up before immersing them in oil.


5.- Don’t mix used with unused oil

6.- You can use the oil up to 30 times, as long it is olive, sunflower or corn oil.

7.- Don’t put the oil into the fridge if you plan to use it again, this helps the grease oxidation process.
