How to cope with morning tiredness
ImageThis lack of energy, which can generate some funny comments on the part of your co-workers, could hinder your work productivity. Here are some points you can put into practice in order to prevent this uncomfortable feeling.
If you have a job in which you have to be sitting all day or in front of a computer, you should take five minutes and stand up or lean backwards, close your eyes, and stretch, specially shoulders and legs.

Being sitting all day can make your body feel rigid and sleepy.

Caffeine can increase temporarily your levels of energy, but it can also relax your body once the effects are gone.

Walk between 10 and 15 minutes during lunch time.

Those few minutes of physical activity will make you feel energetic.

The reason of your tiredness could be the low level of sugar in your blood. Eat a snack of cereals, sesame, honey and nuts and dried fruits, since these can give your body the energy it needs, and help to prevent you feel hungry late in the afternoon. And in this way, you would not fall in the temptation of devouring.

Drinking more water during the day not only helps to keep you awake, but it also prevents hunger outbreaks.

You can also try to take a little nap of 15 to 20 minutes. You will be surprised to feel the energy injection in your body.
