Light gnocchi made with sweet potato

Steps to follow: First process all the ingredients all the ingredients y start to shape the dough. Once the dough has been well mixed, leave apart for a while. |  |
Once the dough is ready, make rolls and cut them into hazelnut-shape small pieces with a knife.
In the meantime, put a pan with boiling water on the stove and on pour the gnocchi inside it.
Cook them until the water the water stare to boil and the gnocchi comes to the surface.
Leave them five more minutes on the stove and them remove from it.
| For the sauce, simply put all the ingredients inside a small pan on the stove, stir slowly until all ingredients are well mixed. |
Serve the gnocchi with much sauce.
Ingredients for the dough: 1 kg. of sweet potatoes. 400 gr. of flour. 2 eggs. Salt to taste.
Ingredients for the sauce: 25 gr. of soft cream cheese. Nutmeg: Pepper.
