Nutritional requirements of the organism
ImageEvery day, our body needs and demands a specific amount of nutrients to be able to develop an optimum functioning and keep itself in a perfect state.

In a natural way, our organs separate the ingested nutrients in two categories:

1- those that need a limited amount of nutrients that are absolutely necessary.

mosgoogle}2- those that require large amounts of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids so that a good functioning of the organism is produced.

If our diet is very extreme in any of the cases, whether from group 1 or 2, the consequences will be serious and will produce diseases in the organism.

To be in a healthy body, what must be really ingested regarding daily nutrients should be:

10% of proteins

30-40% of fat

50-60% of carbohydrates

In the calculation of the amount of necessary nutrients and energetic food, we should also consider the physical activity that is done.


For a child to have a growth according to their height and weight, those who already walk and consume all kinds of food, they should ingest around 35 Calories per Kg a day
