It is very common that when the date of a party, as a wedding or farewell, is near, we start to desperately looking for some fast and magical diets to look and have an impact on people.  This is always a mistake since we have to pay attention to some details.Image


Perhaps some of these options help you to lose weight fast, however this process generates stress, diseases or irreversible pathologies in extreme cases.

Pay attention to this tips:

1.- It is neither possible nor healthy trying to lose 40 kilos in two or three months before the wedding date. The best way is to lose weight gradually with a routine of physical exercise.

2.- Always think and focus this topic from realistic viewpoint.  If you have gained those kilos in your last five or more years, a abrupt lost of weight will not be beneficial at all.  The ideal thing is to lose waeight little by little and even for the same period you gained those kilos.

3.- Be careful of not following dangerous diets where slimming pills, intense physical exercise, eating just apple during a week since the body needs nutrients before certain activities, which is essential for the body not to weaken or contract any disease which wreck your party.

4.- Never forget that any diet must be accompanied by a regular routine of exercises. The physical exercise makes your brain burn fat.

5.- It is normal that due to the great amount of activities, we skip certain meals. However once we are relaxed, we polished off all the food, and that is what we should avoid. 

6.- Always respect the four meals, and if you are going to skip some, have also lunch for your breakfast.

7.- Make 20 to 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise with bicycle or go jogging.
