Some recommended exercises

| If we pretend to keep our organism balanced and healthy, it is almost an imposed rule that there is a series of exercises which must be done daily. Thus, it is recommended to keep a movement of at least half an hour every day. |  |
Primarily, one of the more advisable physical exercises to obtain and keep a movement of a regular kind is the walks. Other variants of equal result can be running to a moderate speed, swimming, going cycling or any kind of exercise qualified as aerobic.
| Doing these activities gives us several advantages, not just at a level of corporal benefit, but also a very satisfactory degree of enjoyment is achieved. We will free the mind from all the coming and going of every day. |
But in order to achieve the maximum level of stability and comfort, the chosen exercise should be of our total liking.
When you begin the practice of any activity, you should do it in a moderate manner, testing in this way your capacity and state.
First, walk a few blocks to start the activity. This will allow you to increase the distance to be done in every occasion.
You should keep the movement for a minimum of 20 minutes.
You should also consider the time necessary for the initial warming up and for the relaxation at the end of every session.
If it is of your liking, the session can be divided into three series of 10 minutes each if you are not prepared to do physical exercises due to coming at a rhythm rather sedentary.
