Some recommended habits to follow in a diet.
All of us want to get the best results from each diet we do, that is the reason for it. So, in order to get the maximum effect from a diet, we recommend some things for you to consider.Image
1.- You should always have breakfast:

The best way of starting the day is by having breakfast. Breakfast is the first food and the most nutritious one to strongly face all the activities of the day.

If we do not allow ourselves to have breakfast, only a few hours after the day have started we will feel hungry, what always makes us overeat.

2.- You should always have more than three meals a day:

If when you sit to eat, you overeat, it is because you have skipped some meals. The insulin that is added to the body after eating would be higher, and if you eat more frequently you will have the insulin better controlled and you will burn more fat.

3.- You should never skip meals’ timetables:

You should always respect the three main meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For example, if you do not have breakfast, the metabolic activity decreases and therefore you burn fewer calories.

What you need to do is to have a good breakfast, a lunch in accordance with the necessary proportions according to the activities you perform and a light dinner so the intestines work better and you have an easy evacuation.

4.- You should take into account the activities after a meal:

After eating always take at least 10 minutes before performing any moderate physical activity.
The ideal exercises are those of arms and legs.
