On a frying pan, add a small chopped onion, chopped chicken liver, salt and pepper. Fry lightly and steam these ingredients.
On another pan, cook rice in three cups of water.
| Add these steamed staff and the cooked rice to the zucchinis. Stir slightly to mix all the ingredients. Staff the zucchinis with this mixture. |
Add two spoonful of cheese spread to the remaining rice, mix well and serve with the zucchinis.
Cook the zucchinis with ½ cup of water at a moderate heat for 20 minutes. Take the zucchinis away from the heat, sprinkle cheese spread over the zucchinis.
Recipe for two servings: 4 medium-sized green zucchinis. Chicken liver, required amount. 1 ¼ cups of tea. Light spread cheese with ham flavor. 1 small-sized tomato, peeled. 1 medium-sized onion. 1 small spoonful of brewer’s yeast. 1 small spoonful of milled wheat.
