Swimming is not the only discipline that allows us to take advantage of the virtues of water whether it is in a swimming pool, in a club, in the sea or in the river. There are different water activities that will help you to lose weight. We give you some examples that you can carry out in the place that is within your reach.Image

In this opportunity, you just need a place where the water reaches your waist in order to do the following exercises:

1.—You should be standing with your legs open and you should stretch your hands and rotate your waist from one side to the other without raising your arms over the water.

2. – You should be standing in the same way as in the previous exercise and raise one of your knees up to the opposite hand and then you repeat this with the other knee.

3. – Now you should be standing as always and you should make circles with your arms as if you were swimming.  Once moving forward and once moving backwards.

4. - You should make the same movements as in boxing, for example to throw a hook, slaps, jump the rope, etc.  

5. – Now you should make a relaxation outside the water with good music.

The benefits of this exercise are:  they can be made with more than 50 kilos of overweight and they do not cause any pain.  They help invigorating and they also help the cardiovascular system.
