Tips to better sleep
ImageWe all need those precious hours of refreshing sleep. To try to produce the most during the day, it is necessary to sleep enough amounts of hours that each person needs.  It is also extremely important the quality of that sleep.

Here we present some tips to get and reconcile the best refreshing sleep.

1.-We shall reduce; if possible eliminate, the consumption of substances such as coffee, tea, cola drinks, etc. 

2-We shall avoid eating or drinking in excess before going to bed.  We do not advice really large dinners.

3.-If you are not used to sleeping long hours, you should skip the siesta time, so as to regulate the sleeping time.

4.-To exercise, besides its body benefits, also helps to reconcile sleep better and faster at night.  It is important to do it before going to sleep.

5.-Before getting to sleep, it is good to relax for a while.  Rooms with slight illumination, nice temperature, minimum possible noise, etc. are good elements for this.

6.-Best results are achieved with relaxation exercises.
