5.- Do not eat while watching TV since the situation causes stress, and this is not beneficial for the healthy diet.

6.- The amount of food consumed must be directly related to the amount of physical exercise done along the day.

7.- Those who have a nervous personality should be more careful at the time of eating since these people tend to eat fast, which in turn does not allow to feel satiated.
