2. - The help of the passion you put on your aims, decisions, and diet plans must be always present and be strong. Just in this way, you will control your doings.

3. - One of the basis of a good diet must be the combination of food, to avoid the so common boring diet.

4. - Remember the priority is the main aim to lose weight.  Never put into practice the phrase “I’ll start the diet tomorrow”.

5. - It is convenient to keep a notebook to keep a record of the food, exercises, positive thoughts, etc.  This is the more ordered and motivating method since it will tell the progress you have made.

6. - You must forget and stop any kind of criticism and the state of ill humor.
