Watching television while exercising is possible

| Here you have a small routine so that when you are watching your favorite program, you will be able to keep your figure and not to be tempted to lie on the armchair. |  |
Exercise 1:
1st Commercial: Squats. Do Knee squats.
2nd Commercial: Shoulders. Use light weights to do lateral lifting, before the program begins again.
3rd Commercial: Exercise your biceps with the same weights.
Exercise 2:
1st Commercial: Standing upright against the wall, lower the half part of your body, remain in this position as much as you can and then rise up again.
2nd Commercial: Walk around the house.
3rd Commercial: Sit down on the edge of a chair with the feet floating in the air and add a heavy element on them to do squats.
Exercise 3: Abdominals and back
1st Commercial: Lift your arm as high as you can and keep your bottom on the chair, stretch yourself.
2nd Commercial: Stretch yourself obliquely by putting your hands over your head and going from one side to another.
3rd Commercial: Stretch yourself backwards by making your back touch the back of the chair without putting your head more backward than the body.
