We can enjoy water by tasting it as if it were a good wine
ImageThe actual market thought us that water has many characteristics, we have the flavored-water, different levels of sparkling or mineral water, etc. It is just enough to taste the water on our palate for some seconds to realize its flavor.

Every kind of water is always different  If we learn or just pay a little of attention, we will discover great characteristics when tasting water; we will realize that there are hard water, softer more salty and sweeter water, etc.

But apart from paying attention to just tasting water, it is important to pay attention to its composition.

So it is necessary to know its levels, for instance: bicarbonate, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron, silicates, etc.

These components can be very beneficial to the organism; that is why it is very important to control them.

And when saying that it is possible to taste water as wine, we are not inventing these words.  The difference from tasting water and wine is that the latter can be smelled while water can be just tasted.

A detail to consider is that the bicarbonate and calcium provides the flavor to water. When we are in front of a light meal, the water to be drunk must be lighter, while when having more elaborated meals, it is recommended to drink more flavored water.

We must remember that there is no difference in choosing any kind of water for our organism since this assimilates it in the same way in any case.

Drinking water is very beneficial for our organism and the proper functioning of our kidneys.
