You may overcome stress, you only need to relax
ImageOne of the most effective ways to eliminate stress consists of, first, to slow down emotionally and to start a treatment in the most affected areas, which generally are your neck and your back.

Now we include some simple techniques to relax and get rid of that muscle contracture.

1.- One possibility could be to sit down in a comfortable way and breathe softly, slowly and profoundly.  You should do this around 10 seconds.

2.- It is really good to massage the nape of your neck with your fingertips.  You should do this with your tips against the nape of the neck not very intensely.  Then you start with circular movements that go up opposing hands.  You determine how long you do this.

3- To work the area near your back, the best thing to do is to lie down in the most comfortable way with your face down.  We relax our arms on a preferably hard surface.  We stay in this position for a while.

4.- For this point you need somebody else to do massage with his/her fingers on your back, alternatively pressing with his/her hands over the base and moving upwards pressing gently to the nape of your neck.  

5.- Now you have to turn around and lie down in a face up position and you put your knees and feet together. At this same time.
