The great guitarist Eric Clapton has cancelled his presentation in Red Square in Moscow city as the Russian city authorities have denied the permit for his musical display to take place.
| Eric Clapton is extremely sorry to cancel his presentation, but the circumstances of the cancellation are completely beyond his control, as Russian authorities withdrew the permit.

It seems this is not the year for big presentations in Russia, since besides Clapton; last June the Rolling Stones had to cancel their presentation in St. Peterburg.
